THE MAXCUT MHBM-110B CYCLOMATIC BORING MILL VERSUS A MANUAL BORING MILL
Manual boring mills must be stopped to switch gears using a clutch.
The MAXCUT has two ranges and infinitely variable speed. Give it a speed on the control and it will go to that speed controlled by the CYCLOMATIC control.

Manual Boring Mills have no cycles - everything is manual.
The MAXCUT has automatic facing cycles automatic positioning and drilling cycles controlled by the CYCLOMATIC control.

Manual Boring Mills: you rapid close then position by hand.
The MAXCUT give it a position on the control and it will go there within + or - .001” controlled by the CYCLOMATIC control.

Manual Boring Mills have manual clamping.
The MAXCUT automatically clamps the X/Y/Z and B-axis when you switch to XYZ or B as it will automatically unclamp.

Manual Boring Mills have B-axis power.
The MAXCUT has a B-axis power standard, optional B-axis positioning 360 degrees controlled by the CYCLOMATIC control.

Manual Boring Mills have a facing head with a power slide.
The MAXCUT has a facing head with a power slide with variable feed rates and optional U-axis giving you automatic spot facing cycles and two different internal or external grooving cycles controlled by the CYCLOMATIC control.

The MAXCUT CYCLOMATIC CONTROL is very easy to operate - no handles to turn - no gear shifts to move - no G-codes to learn - only pictures fill-in-the-blanks as it features the included optional Fagor 8055i CNC control:
