​Masteel non-warranty service / training / e-manual / part pricing
(in US Dollars - ​applicable taxes / duties / tariffs extra)
machine service / training: $140 per hour
machine service / training travel time: $100 per hour
machine service / training travel distance: $0.68 per kilometre
​(the above travel time + distance only applies if driving from home is cost-effective)

​flight / car rental / hotel / living expenses: quoted per case​
(4-hour minimum charge to all the above items)
annual virtual technical support package via text/email message + phone/video calling: $950
(for areas where on-site service is not available / not cost-effective)
machine part testing + inspection: $600
f.o.b. Masteel Delta, British Columbia shop
(if required to establish a machine part failure remedy)
CNC control + axis drive service / training: $160 per hour
​CNC control + axis drive service / training travel time: $140 per hour
CNC control + axis drive service / training travel distance: $0.68 per kilometre​

electronic manual: $120
electronic manual set including electric / hydraulic / operator / parts manuals: $250

Please download, fill in and email the following Masteel credit card transaction authorization form to [email protected] expedite any Masteel-unconfirmed warranty and/or non-warranty manuals / parts / service / training (as Masteel-confirmed warranty service and training is provided at no charge):

On receipt of the above filled-in Masteel credit card transaction authorization form the ordered service / training / e-manuals / parts will be provided - as non-warranty supplied items / service will be charged to the credit card (with an acknowledgement to the customer accompanied by a Masteel paid invoice and credit card receipt).

Alternatively Masteel accepts a 50% deposit with a parts/manuals order and the balance paid via electronic funds transfer (EFT) prior to shipping parts / manuals.  For this payment method Masteel will send you an invoice on receipt of your purchase order with Masteel's bank account information.
Note that no unauthorized third party warranty service is accepted by Masteel. And if a customer-requested Masteel warranty service is found to be unwarranted on inspection this service is charged with the above pricing.
