With a rotary table size of 170 mm the space-saving V5X is ideal for smaller graphite workpieces. Drawing upon AXILE's extensive experience working with the challenging properties of graphite the V5X's efficient dust collector vacuum quickly deals with dust and debris using its 205L capacity. The vacuum is situated above the spindle for maximum protection of the machine and components. In addition, the three linear axes’ telescopic cover design protects each lead screw from dust build-up. And due to the graphite workpieces’ porous nature the V5X Graphite performs dry cuts to prevent coolant or lubricant from adversely impacting the integrity of finished parts.

As an optional add-on the V5X can also be complemented with AXILE"s proprietary part loader/unloader system. With capacity for 84 workpieces - each up to 100 mm x 100 mm x 100 mm in diameter and 8 kg in weight - the V5X loader system enables 24/7 automated production:
