The AXILE DC4 is a 5-axis masterpiece with a 400mm round table and a machine structure which results in the combination of speed, rigidity and accuracy. The double column design is comparable to a bridge type construction with the A/C-axes tilting rotary table moving along the X-axis and the vertical milling head moving along the Y/Z-axes.
The AXILE DC4 design places the spindle nearer to the centre of mass of the machine, increasing rigidity and offering superior stability. It reduces vibrations and maintains a high level of precision even during high-speed machining or when dealing with hard materials. This platform is perfect for application in aerospace, medical as well as die-mold industry.
The DC4i can be equipped with different magazine capacity starting with 80 tool pockets up to 320 tool pockets to best-fit your workload batches and the required automation.

The AXILE DC12 is the most robust 5-axis machining centre in AXILE’s arsenal and is perfectly suited for handling medium sized / longer workpieces on the rectangular table for up to 4-axis machining with the single axis swivelling milling head. And for full 5-axis machining this swivelling milling head will cover a 1200mm diameter rotary table with a 2.5 metric ton load capacity for larger / heavier parts common in the aerospace, power generation and die-mold industries. Its double-column bridge construction allows for greater rigidity as well as greater control over thermal deformation. As a result the D12 is capable of deep cuts and complex contouring while maintaining utmost precision. With larger workpieces come more chips so the DC12 features excellent chip removal efficiency to prolong tool life and ensure no residual interference while delivering the highest surface quality expected by leading manufacturers.
